1. What is Luxe Vault Links?


Luxe Vault Links is your go-to destination for high-quality, luxe-inspired bags at an affordable price. We offer stylish, trendy, and premium bags that give you the designer look for less.


2. Are your bags real designer bags?


No, our bags are not affiliated with any designer brands. We offer high-quality, inspired pieces that allow you to achieve a luxe aesthetic without the high-end price tag.


3. What payment methods do you accept?


Currently, we accept PayPal as our primary payment method. However, you do NOT need a PayPal account to check out—you can use your credit or debit card through PayPal as a guest.


We also accept Venmo, and we will soon be adding Sezzle, Afterpay, and Klarna for buy now, pay later options.


4. How long does shipping take?

Processing Time: 1-20 business days

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 2-4 business days AFTER processing

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 weeks (varies by item and supplier)

International Orders: Shipped via UPS; delivery times vary by country


🚨 Impatience is NOT a valid reason for cancellation. Please only place an order if you are willing to wait the estimated processing and shipping timeframe.


5. Do you offer express shipping?


Express shipping is only available for select items. If you need express shipping, please contact us BEFORE placing your order at theluxevaulttt@gmail.com to confirm availability.


Orders placed without prior confirmation for express shipping will be canceled if the item is not eligible.


6. Can I return or exchange my order?


All sales are final. Luxe Vault Links does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless we made an error (wrong item, size, or color).


We only accept returns if:

✔ You received the wrong item, size, or color.

✔ Your item arrived damaged due to our error.


To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at theluxevaulttt@gmail.com with proof of the issue.


7. What happens if my package is lost or stolen?


Once your order is shipped, Luxe Vault Links is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) directly to file a claim.


🚨 We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.


8. Can I cancel my order?


No, orders cannot be canceled once placed, as processing begins immediately. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.


9. Will I receive pictures of my order before it ships?


We do not send individual pictures, but you can check out our Instagram Highlights for real customer reviews and product images!


10. What happens if I file a chargeback or dispute?


Filing a dispute or chargeback after receiving your order is considered fraudulent activity.


🚨 Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to local authorities, and you will be permanently blocked from purchasing from Luxe Vault Links.
